Completetala is a nast virus infection that use fake system alerts and annoying "Heheheheheheheh!" pop-ups to mislead victims to download rogue antispyware software (fake security tools) from a malicious Security Center website. Completetala will infect the system with harmful Exe and Dll files and run in memory processes making it exceptionally difficult to remove.
