Trojan-Downloader.Zlob.Media-Codec, also named as Zlob.Media-Codec is a trojan that spreads via fake Media codec updates pop ups and installs various rogue securtiy programs onto the infected computer. Onec infected, Media-Codec trojan will open security holes, download additional malware and automatically execute malicious playercodec1000[1].exe, mediacodec-v4.107[1].exe, mmcodec.107[1].exe, softcodec.6[1].exe, l11[1].exe, mediacodec-v4.107.exe files. Usually Zlob.Media-Codec sneaks inside the system via corrupt pornographic related movie downloads.
