W32/alman is an aggressive trojan constructed to mask itself as a legitimate XP or Vista system file and use exploits to download and install multiple malware files from outside servers. W32/alman is normally spread through pornographic related adult websites, infected SPAM e-mail attachments and dubious p2p and freeware downloads.
Upon injection, Alman malware will track system activity and activate harmful linkinfo.dll, DKIS6.sys files on the infected computer. W32/alman is a security risk that my inactivate antivirus and firewall utility and harm important system files.
