Can't get rid of Setupxv.exe ?
Setupxv.exe is a malicious file part of a rogue security software. After activating malware Setupxv, it will generate and install corrupt Setupxv.exe files in system32.
Generally the Setupxv.exe infects the system via dubious pornographic web sites, video codec bundles and File-sharing programs.
