Antispybase.net is a rogue security website (home to a fraudulent anti-spyware software) that displays non existent system threats to delude you into buying its fabricated application. The fabricated site is caused by a DNS hijacker trojan that creates corrupt IP entries in the HOSTS file and redirects the hijacked browser to Antispybase.net phony website. Antispybase.net is generally spread via unknown e-mail attachments, file-sharing tools, instant messaging or via adult related web pages. Antispybase.net is a possible privacy and security risk.
